[928uk] Fog lights and hazard warning lights sticking.

Does anyone know of a common reason for these switches to stick in when pushed.

My car has basically been sat for 4 months outside and so there is a possibility that they are quite damp.

Also need a bit of welding done, seems to have had the rear of the sills bodged with filler somewhat in the past.

Otherwise not much needed but handbrake efficiency improving and the headlights setting, got the parts on order from Porsche so they can be permanently fixed in place. 

Also is there a guide anywhere for removing the rear seats, i'd like to get most of the interior out to clean it.
