[928uk] digi clock

There is a guy on TIPEC forum selling the digi screens, but he says they're for 944's. Are they the same? I'm sure they were only about £25 + P&P? His name is Alasdair.

  Hi all,

  The lcb screen on the digital clock in my MY88 S4 has been slowly turning black from the top left corner to the point now that I can't read the hour display. 

  I would like to get it replaced as I am very perticular about everything working. What are my options? The car is going in for its annual service and cambelt/waterpump change in March to Porsche Surrey (formerly Camtune). Should I just get them to do it?
