[928uk] Fw: 928 in England

No one born and bred in Britain would call themselves British if they 
were asked where they are from, they would reply "English" (or "Scots" 
or "Welsh").  We accept it from foreigners, but only because we are 
polite and tolerate their ignorance. We are not as tolerant and polite 
as the Dutch, so be warned.
