[928uk] Lights constantly on, please help!

Almost certainly a faulty headlamp relay.
Take it out while the battery is still disconnected.
If you are so inclined, you might be able to open up the relay and find 
what's wrong, otherwise replace it, but make sure you get the correct 
replacement, the relay changed around '87.
