You could try Brian Miller on Lanark Road, he seems to be well regarded in 
Porsche circles though I don't know if he's a 928 specialist.

Thanks Rich (and Paul about the brakes).  I am in Edinburgh if any listers 
know anyone reliable here.  I know only too well about specialists who build
