Hi Mike
Welcome to the list & congratulations on 928 ownership, a fantastic bug! My first 928 was an 88 S4.
To add to the good advice already received, I am breaking an number of 928s to help keep other 928s on the road & as a hobby to fund my own 928 projects. I have masses of spares and I am passionate about these cars. So try me for second hand parts, I try to do better pricing & service than the other breakers & am always happy to chat 928s. It is only a part time hobby, my main business is telecoms for companies, so I cannot always drop everything to find an alternator or whatever. But if something is urgent I will & have helped folk with small items other breakers cannot be bothered to help with. People have been kind enough to give me good "feedback" and I hope always leave happy.
You must be very excited about Thursday!!!!
All the best
Simon Watson

Subject: [928uk] parts supply and service list
Hello everyone,
I am so new to this, I've not even picked up my new 89 S4 yet. I do that on Thursday. The first job I will need to do is to replace discs and pads. I'd welcome advice on a good source for these and other parts. A document that outlines routine service procedures would also be really useful.
And for those jobs too specialised for me, does anyone know of a good 928 specialist in Scotland?
