Dan,

Porsche PET is very clear that the 05 is used on the earlier 78/79 cars.
Also very clear that the 04 is specifically for the M28 11/12.

03 was used on the 80 to 82 - 4.5 CSI cars.

It could have been changed I guess.

Roger,

There might be a mistake in the catalogue but it definitely shows 05. On my
car I have the solenoid and diaphragm arrangement which suppose to help with
warm starts, does this whole system come in one piece from the WUR to fuel
distributor? In my catalogue 928 110 189 05 is described as " fuel line
warm-up valve diaphragm damper only together with fuel distributor with
capsule valve"
