I would have sworn it said S4 at the bottom, but I must have imagined it 
as it clearly says S2 (1985).
I that case, I would be asking for a breakdown of the costs, especially 
the labour. Adjusting the idle speed is just turning a screw. If vacuum 
leaks were bad enough to double the idle speed, I would expect the weak 
mixture to be causing more symptoms. However if the idle speed had been 
turned up to hide a stiff engine due to TBF, who knows.

What is the history of the high idle speed problem?
