[928uk] Auto kick down

As I said in my previous response:
"Is the kick-down switch working? With the engine stopped, turn the 
ignition on, push the accelerator pedal to the floor, do you hear a 
click from a relay? if not try twisting your foot, any click? "

I don't think this is necessary to engage first gear, but it certainly 
will make it more likely.

There is also the cable from the throttle linkage on the engine going to 
the gearbox which also tells the gearbox how far the throttle is open, 
this needs to be correctly adjusted too.

If neither are adjusted properly, it will never change down when it 
ought to.
