Hi Guy

As mentioned previously - which alarms are coming up ? They could be
telling you something.

I think you have had a major re-vamp of the interior ? Was the dash removed
? If so check that the 3 12 pin plugs into the instrument pod are properly
back in place. What about earth connections in the same location?
If none of the above then consider the alarm module itself. On my S2 its
above the pedals but yours is a left hooker I think ? But that again has a
major plug on it which could be removed etc and Ive seen these modules  for
not a lot on fleabay.
I would approach it from the what was disturbed last before spending do$h
