[928uk] Door stop / check

Could someone tell me whether door stop / checks can be mended? I’ve lived with having to prop my doors open for so long that I’ve forgotten there’s an option, but my wife had her leg bitten the other day and wants me to mend them! If I have to replace them, are they sided? Best place to purchase?
