[928uk] Seat foams and tail gate rubber wedges

Can anyone recommend where I could get the seat squab foam rubbers replaced on my S4 seats. The seats are the part leather part velour pin strip and the covers are in great condition the seats just feel a bit soft now after 27 years.

Also on the body in way of the hatch opening each side there are two adjustable rubbers. One side of the rubber is a straight face and one side is tapered.  I have just asked a body shop friend of mine about adjusting the rubbers and he reckons they have been put on back to front? Should the tapered side be facing the boot opening ?

We are based in West Sussex re any advice about the front seats?
