[928uk] High Mileage Nervousness - Cam Chains

Hi Paul,

Not sure if I should start worrying now :-)
My S4 now has 306k miles (490km) on it and as far as I know it's not any engine work done apart from belts and water pumps etc. I have comprehensive records that came with the car I.e. Lots of oil and filter changes, I've never heard of a cam chain breaking over the years but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
