[928uk] Odd starting fault

Late follow up but....
This turned out to be Fuse 22 (not used in some later models) "Fuel Pump, Warm-up Reg, Aux Air-Valve"
Not sure if this is a known fault but I suspect its just on my machine-have had to switch it once or twice in the past. The symptoms did seem different this time but changing 22 did the trick nonetheless
