Hi,This is a potentially excellent tool. However I put my cars reg number in (TTA928) and all it came up with was this years MOT and mileage, absolutely nothing else. I've owned the car 14 years so I know what should be there. Bit odd !
However, if I put my Audi reg in there's loads of info going back years.

The Government has launched a new MOT check website.  All you need is the registration and make of a car and you can see its MOT history including mileage, failures, warnings, the lot.

It looks like my original S4 has met its maker or is sitting in a barn, it was last MOTed in October 2013.
