[928uk] immobiliser peculiarity explained

A long time ago, I mentioned that my immobiliser disables the fog lamps 
and heater, and I thought this was silly but deliberate.
Turns out it was accidental.
The X relay (which supplies the above) coil gets its ground from the 
starter wire (so that it is not powered while the starter is cranking), 
so when the immobiliser has isolated the starter it has also removed the 
ground from the X relay.
