Looked up my old Mustang from the 70’s. MoT’d September 2014, with advisory on rust “sum parts of chassia in poor condition” (sic). I remember when I sold it in 1978, I had had some welding carried out on the boot, sorry....., trunk floor!
Not yet MoT’d in 2015, so wonder if that is the end??

I looked up my old '82 Fiat spider - only thing correct about it was the color! Mileage is half what it was when I sold it and date of manufacture was 2 years too early. The car was professionally restored and rustproof  but the descriptions of it seem to imply that it has been over Beachy Head and been left on the beach for a year at some point. Hmmm ... BETA indeed!
