Yes S4. Create jig to route the rebate for the unit to sit in. Drill with long bit through the rebate, inside the wing towards the mounting point. Plot line and distance. Drill up through base plate to meet horizontal drill hole. Drill hole into tailgate corresponding to the hole in wing baseplate - feed cable, mount wing, mount tail light in wing. Considering a contact point to complete circuit when hatch closed or route cable similar to how yours would connect (presume cable goes through hinge. somehow?). I saw a rear wing a few years ago with a custom fit like this and it was superb - no idea where that car is now but thinking about it now I'm fitting LEDs everywhere. It is very subtle but uber cool!
