[928uk] Wheel refurb midlands

Hi all

I'm going to get my wheels refurbished (16" S4 drain covers), just wondered if anyone could offer any advice where I could get them done in the midlands?

Also regarding the RDK sensors, are they easy to remove or best left alone?

I'm thinking of having the inners and grooves around the slots painted black and the faces diamond cut/lacquered for something different - anyone seen this before? I'd quite like to see a photo before I bite the bullet!

Also does anyone have a spare set of old 5x130 wheels I could borrow for a week or so while mine are being done? The car won't be used so the tyres don't have to be legal...!
