[928uk] Heater issues

Morning All

 

My 90GT has a couple of heater issues and as this is an area I have no
experience of, I've come looking for some knowledge and direction.

 

1.	Hot air regardless of temp setting, unless I activate AC and then
it's cool.
2.	Moving the cabin air flow selector seems to make no difference
whatsoever, except for the two far end positions which stop everything to
the left and max fan to the right.

 

I assume this is something to do with vacuum problems and that this has no
doubt been discussed at length before (for which I apologise), but any help
would be greatly appreciated as always.
