Your car shows great timing Paul — that Vmax session in Germany may have shaken things up…

All depends where the leak is on the return hose. The routing is awkward as there is cooling loop in front of radiator, so I think Radiator must come out if leak is in metal section.

If leak is in rubber section running to reservoir it’s easy. You just Dremel off crimp where metal section joins rubber where it exits side of engine bay, and replace with new rubber section. It’s low pressure so needn’t be special hydraulic hose. But it’s moulded and slightly different IDs at each end, so to get a good fit at metal and reservoir nipple the most elegant solution is to buy a new supply hose, and cut off one end. Leaves you with moulded right angle piece with exactly right IDs. Thick hose clamp is good for connecting to metal section.
