Is there an easy way to remove the seat frame from the seat base in front seats?

I have removed the backs quite easily but can’t see an easy way to do the frames.

There are 2 large nuts on each rail and frames are also held by the lifting ‘jacks’.

Do I have to unbolt them and disconnect the 4 jacks? I’m not sure how the turning threads attach to them?

Or is it just the 2 main nuts and the whole lot lifts off - (I asks in hope!!!)?

Any advice gratefully received!!
