[928uk] Car broke in Belgium

I'm not sure what company I'm with as it's through our bank. They said not
possible to flat bed it.
I know the GTS has sensors up under the dash for accident that wouldn't be
on a 1990 Japan model would it?
I'm not sure if I got the connectors on the relay socket properly to test
for voltage. I wasn't getting any from 87 and 30 of the FP relay.
So could be something cuts the voltage to that socket to stop fuel in a
bump?
