[928uk] GTS headlight switch

The movement is tiny, a couple of degrees, you will only notice it in the
dark, the dip beam cut-off will move.
Were you expecting to see the headlamps move from the driving seat?

If the mechanism was not connected, the headlamps would be loose and
bounce around over bumps.
