1 oil pressure gauge is intermittent. Sensor switch tested ok

Are the rest of the instruments giving steady readings?
The problem is most likely a poor connection onto the instrument pod.
Get you head in the foot-well and look up and you will see where the 
multi-connectors fit onto the pod. Reach up and give them a waggle/push.

2 AC control unit faulty. Ecu is ok

You need to provide more details of what is not working under what 
situations.

3 no sound . Connections on bavk of unit in tact.

Presumably it lights up indicating that it has power?
Check for breaks in wiring between head unit and speakers, but more 
importantly, check for short circuits. Many amplifiers will shut down 
all the channels if there is a short circuit on one. Also check there is 
a good ground connection.

4 Rear door cards are catching inner sill. Loose clips. Are these
replaceable?

There are usually a couple of (self-tapper type) screws at the bottom 
and back bottom corner. I don't know if these are original, or whether 
everyone has had this problem and resorted to screws.
