[928uk] clutch replacement

The 928 probably has the most accessible clutch of any car ever made
(although the clutch pack itself may well be one of the heaviest)

I've swapped out the clutch disc on my car using a rented 4 post lift in
under three hours, I know how long because I had to pay by the hour

The main problem was that even though the place I used was only a couple of
miles away, the transmission was already too hot to touch

If I had needed to do a fully replacement it only would have added an extra
hour to replace the flywheel, pilot bearing, release bearing, nylon cup etc

So as others have said the basic part cost will be iro a grand, but you may
have to factor in either a skim or a replacement flywheel depending on
condition

Labour should be £500 max otherwise you are being taken advantage of

If an indy were to do it the labour cost could be half that
