[928uk] Car colours by model

I think it might be *current* colour as registered on the V5?

CarColours talks <https://carcolours.co.uk/data/> about it being the original colour, but the DVLA description  <https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/578006/v995-anonymised-data-document-2016.pdf>seems to suggest it might be the latest V5 data. Might explain an S4 changing to purple in 2015?
