[928uk] HVAC/air con issues

Sounds like the coolant valve to the heater matrix is not working. They 
are rubbish plastic designs and not very expensive.
What you do need to find out though, is whether it is the valve itself 
or the vac to it. If you have a vac gauge pull the white vac line to the 
valve and check if you have vac when the slider is set to 18 (and eng on 
etc) . If you have then change the valve. if you have not, well now you 
are into the solenoid manifold under the centre console
