Rear Muffler Bypass DYI

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if it’s possible to modify the 928 exhaust by cutting open and wrapping existing pipes or welding new ones in a similar way to E9x M3s for example, see video below.

I’m looking to increase the V8 sound on my ‘83 without being too loud.
