[928uk] Timing belts and 45 degrees

When the crank is at 45 BTDC, with a 90deg V, no piston is at TDC

That means with the crank locked at 45 BTDC you can safely spin the cams,
because the maximum lift is half an inch, so no possibility of hitting a
piston

Only the early 16v cars, 4.5 for sure, are non-interference, the S2 can
definitely be damaged if a belt lets go

Therefore I would highly recommend changing at 45 BTDC on an S2 as well,
however I've no experience of working on a 16v so others will be far more
knowledgeable
