[928uk] No Start

Hi Rob
The fuel pump shouldn't run until the engine is turning and the car has 
a spark.  It's an output pulse from the EZ-F ignition ECU that drive the 
rev counter and wakes up the LH fuel injection ECU.

So as a first check, see if the rev counter moves  when the engine is 
cranked.
