[928uk] Kickdown confession

I have connected the two wires to a switch. Short the wires and the car 
thinks it is in kickdown all the time. Booting it from rest is a bit 
hairy as it is harsh beteen 1st and 2nd, but it don't half go!
I have currently got the wheels off the car for refurb and am scratching 
my head re Offsets. These are lovely wheels but totally unique and do 
not have the correct offset so are wearing the inside of the tyre. 
Handling is no problem though.....
