[928uk] Improve performance

I have changed my eproms with John Speake's chips (very reasonable) http://www.jdsporsche.com/sharktuner.html    mine is an S2 so its slightly diff for S4s but im sure just as good, if not better. Car does need to be in healthy state....but very noticeably diff
