I think that anodising Stainless is a different prospect to anodising
Aluminium, but we do have an expert on anodising on the list who may join
in. Peter?!
As regards the surface changing over time,, as you say, it is a change of
finish performed via electrolysis, but nonetheless it has finite thickness,
so could be weathered off I imagine?
