You can get chrome effect spray or brush paint that gives a reasonable mirror finish if you want to touch up rather than whole light. I’ve used it on model cars with some good effects.

The paints are quite clever, as the reflective effect comes from a settling of the paint particles as it sits on the surface, so it gets “better” as it dries. 

Cant remember which make I used as loads available now. A quick look on eBay for chrome paint and likewise YouTube for demos
