[928uk] OT - Jump Leads Recommendation - now batteries

Absolutely right Phil. A  battery that has been allowed to go flat
(discharged almost completely) will never be the same again; regardless of
how you recharge it, battery recovery devices, sulphation tablets, etc.

 

I have had batteries that lasted 10 years+ with a battery maintainer on them
when the vehicle was not being used, so they never went flat.

or why not disconnect the battery if the vehicle is not going to be used

for long periods, batteries do not like going dead flat
