was watching a piece on the news a while ago about fine art being bought by
private buyers and not being seen by the public when the art expert said
something along the lines of  "don't worry they usually come back on the
market at some point due to the 3 D's  Debt, Death and Divorce " and can
now add a potential 4th D Downsizing 👍
