A/C compressor VS front crank main bearing

by now many 928's will have the A/C compressor belt removed due to faulty/
seized compressor/ clutch, and possibly the air pump belt as well for the
same reason.
BUT having just the alternator belt and power steering belts on puts a lot
of strain on the front crank bearing ie crank is always heavily pulled to
the P/S as looking from the front of the engine.
so i am looking into refurbishing A/C compressors so they can be fitted and
the belt reinstalled so as to even out the forces on the front of the crank.
BUT the compressors will NEVER actually work to create cold air, as i will
remove the innards, just put new bearings in and fully clean them.
if you want or think you might want to in the future reinstate a working
A/C system then this is NOT for you, contact Richard Armstrong for a a
refurbished and working A/C compressor.
no idea on price yet, just wondered if there was a market for such a thing
