Wet patch

At the start of December, the GT spent several days (and nights) outside 
in the rain. There was a wet area on the left side of the passengers 
parcel shelf. The wadding above was wet too. I established that the 
drain flap was not blocked.

It has all dried out now. Today I have taken out the parcel shelf and 
the ABS/PSD ECU and got someone to pour water into the area where the 
heater fan/recirc box lives. From underneath I can see the whole of the 
join where this box is bolted to the body, not a hint of dampness.

Then I got my helper to pour water down the windscreen, no sign of water 
inside.

Just in case, I poured water in the sunroof "gutter" and it is draining 
away down the drain tube.

Where should I look next?
