Those readings, plus the condition of the plug look good, the condition 
of the plug looks like it has already been replaced.

You could see if you are getting any voltage from the pins that recorded 
a resistance while the engine is being turned over, but the signal would 
be less than 5v AC and your meter only goes as low as 200vAC so it 
probably wouldn't register.

For the time being I think you can assume that the CPS is okay.

Have you checked/changed the ignition ecu relay yet?  (Relay VIII)

It might be a good idea to check that all of the battery connections are 
tight, including the smaller red wires as one of them feeds the 
ignition, then check that the ignition ecu connector is getting power on 
pin 25 when the ignition is on.
