Thanks! As I just said to Paul L, I thought/think it might just be binding too.  I’ll have a look for the spare key, but am 99.9% sure it’s not locked. WD40 – or GT85 – is always worth trying… 😊

I’ve had this before with all of the large rubber switches around the pod and my bet is that the switch is binding on the pod. You could try using something like Gummi Pflege or maybe even talcum powder to help things move as they should…. !

Regarding the filler cap, have you tried your spare key? It might be worth a go… Or failing that you could try spraying a bit of wd40 in the lock and doing a bit more jiggling.
