hi Andrew
yes personally i cannot see the point of a classic car magazine, if i
wanted to by a classic car, just as a pure example a Jenson, the reason i
would want to buy one is usually:
member of family had one years ago
saw one as a kid and always wanted one
could now afford it.
the above 3 reasons would over ride anything i saw in an article in a
magazine from a motoring journalist who has no specific knowledge of the
car in question
so would now join an online group who had first hand experience of the
model and could guide me as to what to look for and buy.
all the information about them is online now and always will be.

as to the manual 928, on an early sunday morning blast on deserted roads
they are nice to drive, but as a daily driver into the city for the first
owner out of the showroom, i can see why most were auto's, i must be
getting old and ffing infirm but an auto is actually starting to appeal to
me and am going to look at one the week after next, but its maybe just the
heat affecting my brain 😱

anyway most important thing is for all of us old and infirm folk to stay
safe for the next couple of days

cheers
Phil
