Offside sill corrosion

Hi all

MOT advisory for corrosion to offside rear sill. Not had the outer cover off. Recommendations for what to do (patch or full replacement) and where to get this done appreciated. Is the sill part still available? (1990 S4). Willing to travel (based in Midlands) for the right place who know 928s.
