My feeling is that the expansion of charging schemes for older cars will depress prices at the hobbyist end, unless there are more generous exceptions. At the insane end where cars are art I think prices will continue to rise for old Ferraris, Bugattis, Mercedes etc. The Uhlenhaut coupé fetched £114 million and wealth continues to trickle upwards!
