[928uk] analogue clock wiring

Hi Phil
I don't know what its purpose is but it appears to be a supply from the 
light switch - Black
Then there is a fused supply -red.
Ground - brown
and a common lighting supply black and blue.
Why there should be 2 light supplies I am not sure
