Power steering problem

My thanks to all who gave advice and suggestions.
Today I started the car and whilst my wife increased the revs above idle
and turned the steering I checked the reservoir. The fluid showed no
movement.
The belts are OK in fact 9 days ago the car had a service including in that
was a new power steering belt. The belt didn't feel loose but I will ring
the garage tomorrow. Shame it takes about an hour to get there but they are
a Porsche specialist..they had another two 928s in at the same time as mine.
It's  Precision Porsche near Uckfield East Sussex.
