[928uk] Seized Shock Adjuster / collar

One way I have done it is to get them hot (blowtorch or gas ring), then 
drop them onto the shock, the cool
shock cools the sleeve faster than the adjuster and breaks the 
corrosion. An alternative is to put a wet rag inside the sleeve (mind 
your fingers). I found after this treatment, the adjusters would turn by 
hand. You may have to repeat a few times.
