[928uk] Fuse panel cover / passenger foot rear

I wasn't sure what you were talking about, so I found a picture on ebay 
that shows the brackets to hold the carpet, and "90 degree brackets" on 
the other side. I have not seen these before, so my guess is that they 
were dropped before '80.

Send me a picture of the area at the top of the fuseboard, where the 
cover/footrest sits and I'll compare with mine.
