Yes, it was me. However, I have now decided on a different path to my open top fun. One reason being that if DVLA got wind of the work done, they'd likely de-register it and force type approval certification and then only allow a Q plate. I'm also betting that insurance would be a nightmare. I still think it would be a great car though - if done well.
