i always thought a vehicle needed to be taxed to put its plate on retention, but just found out as long as its been taxed or on SORN for up to 5 yrs, it can be done online. so the MIW 3086 that was on my S4 is now on retention and the original plate is now back on the S4. if anybody wants MIW 3086 please contact me cheers Phil
